Welcome to the Chefly App
Australia’s love for good food is no secret. What is perhaps not as well known amongst those who are outside of the hospitality business is the fact that Australia’s chef industry is tough, and sometimes difficult to navigate.
My dear chefs, cooks and caterers, we hear you. We know about the long, ungodly and frankly unsociable hours for often low wages. We know about working in cramped and sometimes dangerous conditions, and we know the pressure as well as the limitations on exerting your creative talent.
Put down your knives, stop serving and listen up. We have cooked up something truly revolutionary, set to shake up the way you work. Welcome to Chefly Australia!
What is Chefly?
No matter where you are in Australia, with Chefly you will be able to supplement your income or completely run your own business with the freedom to be creative and have the time and flexibility you deserve.
Chefly runs on a very simple concept: the app is a digital marketplace, connecting customers to
professional chefs, cooks and culinary experts based on their preferences
and location. Chefs and cooks can be hired privately to create one-of-a-kind personalised, in-house dining experiences, and much more.
During the pandemic, lots of chefs have managed to find alternative ways to stick to their vocation and creatively forged their own career paths. They have worked in other restaurants, hosted takeovers in bars and collaborated with food and beverage brands to ensure they could keep bringing home the bacon. But there are even more opportunities out there for chefs who are willing to make unconventional choices.
This is what Chefly is all about. Become a Chefly chef today.
